Public Funds

Public subsidies are given in form of grants, subsidised loans, guarantees or direct investments.

Grants are the most attractive form of a public subsidy. In particular innovative companies can select from a broad range of different funding programs which are applied by European, national or regional institutions. Small and medium-sized enterprises can benefit from low capital requirements (only 50% or less of the capital need of the funding project has to be provided as own funds).

Beside of grants, companies can use low-interest promotional loans which can be an attractive alternative to finance the growth of the business. Most of these loans are linked to capital expenditures with an effect on the employment rate in a specific area.

MICON supports you in the selection of the suitable subsidy program, the application, the meetings with the authorities and the operative handling of the reporting during the funding period.
